My Review of Logan Motor Sales:
My husband and I bought a 1995 Jeep Cherokee. We kept hearing a
rattling noise when the vehicle was started. We assumed it was a
loose muffler. When our mechanic looked at it, the problem was the
catilaic convertor could be moved with the touch of a finger. He told
us it needed to be replaced. My husband and I brought the Jeep back
to the dealership since it was still under warranty. I was asked to call
back Friday morning (August 13) to get an estimate on the repair cost. When I called Friday morning, I was told by Scott that he hadn't
called about the parts and to let my mechanic fix it {my mechanic's
estimate had been cheaper}. When I brought the bill into Scott, he was very rude, unprofessional, and discourteous. My mechanic's price was higher and he did not know how it had passed inspection
before it was sold to me. I feel that this was just an oversite on the
dealership's part and I would like to get my money back.
