Matt from the service department called at 10:15 AM to tell me that my car was finished When I arrive to pick it up, my car was washed and vacuumed. Ready to go! All of the staff have been friendly and will do all they can to accommodate my schedule! I’ve been using the service center for three years now and have never had a problem with anyone on staff! More

Then, just today, I noticed a service center up in Tarpon Springs that had a sign for a $69.00 pow I thought my service was okay, although expensive. Then, just today, I noticed a service center up in Tarpon Springs that had a sign for a $69.00 power steering fluid flush. I just paid $139 for same thing. That surprised me! More

As usual, it sucked Went in for an “express” oil change and came out 3 hours later with just an oil change that took 3 hours. Received an I’m sorry..... Also received the explanation of things that need attention and nothing was explained to me or even talked about. No idea who the person who helped was because my normal service person was not there.
