Computer program wasn't working and we sat there for HOURS just waiting to complete the sale. We came back 2 days later and the guy doing the paperwork seemed unprepared because we waited for probably a HOURS just waiting to complete the sale. The vehicle was not ready to be test driven although I made an appointment in advance. Multiple sensors came on while driving and before we made it back from the test drive the gas light came on which was made an appointment in advance. When I went back the 2nd time to test drive and buy the car I was told prior to arrival that the sensors had been fixed however when I arrived the sensors still came on. The GM came over and apologized and they were able to fix the sensor while I waited. When it was time to go to financing, I was told that I could potentially get a better rate if I financed through the dealership however, the finance representative did not know that this was a used vehicle ran my credit for no reason and causing additional inquiry on my credit, I ultimately secured my own financing through Suncoast credit union to purchase the vehicle, although I love working with with Lokey Volkswagen.
