Worst car acquisition experience of my life Once you drive out of the showroom. The sales force could care less. They screwed up payoff on my trade in. I'm fact they lost my trade in for two Once you drive out of the showroom. The sales force could care less. They screwed up payoff on my trade in. I'm fact they lost my trade in for two months. I wound up making payments on two vehicles for that two months. Lied about returning it.It was in their lot. Lied about fefund due on plates. Told me state gives a credit. Nonsense. Do not return phone calls. I had to get VW customer service involved. They did not respond to emails, texts or calls. If you believe there are two sides to a story, fine I've got the ignored emails. After all that happened I'm terrified to return there for service. Enter at your own risk More

Best car buying experience I have ever had This dealer did some very amazing things I have never seen a dealer do from as soon as we walked in the door. We were searching for a new car to repla This dealer did some very amazing things I have never seen a dealer do from as soon as we walked in the door. We were searching for a new car to replace my daughter's car she only had for 3 weeks that was totaled in a car accident. Not only did the dealer find another card exactly like the car that was totaled, they had the car brought up from Miami almost the same day. The sales team including the sales manager was more concerned about the condition of my daughter from the accident than they were about selling us a car. I loved how the sales managers weren't hidden behind closed doors and were readily available to talk to you with no games, fancy industry talk or number juggling. More

Disappointed Michael is a nice guy who helped me understand more about the vehicle and spent a lot of time explaining everything during test drive. However the sales and the transaction was an unpleasant experience. They make deal with you for lesser price on a day and ask you put an advance. Once you put advance and come back the next day, the numbers change and you'll get a response that "No deals for your car". I had noticed change in agreed numbers after the purchase. They even charged me for additional accessories which was promised to be free of cost during negotiation. I wish I had never purchased from this dealer, I could have saved few thousand dollars. Overall an unpleasant experience. Not recommend. More
