I had a routine oil change but I am bummed that as a female, I was told that my engine air filter was filthy and in desperate need to be replaced. I politely declined and just got a reusable K & N air f female, I was told that my engine air filter was filthy and in desperate need to be replaced. I politely declined and just got a reusable K & N air filter today. As I was installing it, I pulled out the engine filter and it looked like new! It wasn't dirty at all!!!! This makes me furious. Thank goodness I didn't opt in for the purchase what a scam. Makes me wonder about the brakes and rotors that are supposedly 'completely bad' and yet the car is barely 3 years old. I'll be doing my own maintenance until dealerships can demonstrate honesty/integrity. More

Everyone was good. Sales, insurance, management. Felt that the car refurbish area was not very thorough. The car was not cleaned, the jack was rusted out and does not f Sales, insurance, management. The area where the jack was was dirty, under the seats was food, the promised paint job on the car running board that was promissed was not painted well and you could see the rust and previous paint flaking off. The team that installed the rear view camera mirror did an excellent job. Felt for $3000 refurbishments that the job would look professional. More
