Disorganized and chaotic sales team. Gas tank was on empty when we test drove it during our scheduled appointment. Purchase took hours waiting for financing dept to finally see us. Told twice that my car was delayed due to being detailed, and when it was finally delivered it was very dirty (food crumbs and dog hair galore). Salesperson that finally dropped off car didn’t organize a ride back to the dealership for himself, so he waited at our property for a ride for about 45 minutes (instead of just taking an Uber to a Starbucks or something). This place is a joke. After I spent $200 on a proper detail, the car no longer smells like dog. More
