They are no longer Fort Worth Mitsubishi anymore. The owner is an of the wall company now that hasn't yet claimed the name of the New Company. They are now FWM REDEMPTION, LLC. They need to hurry and change over because they are giving Fort Worth Mitsubishi and had name. We were going to buy a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander. Was going to trade in a 2024 Mitsubishi mirage that we bought from Mitsubishi in Fort Worth. Was the third car that we would be buying from them. Told us the finance company approved us but they did not want our trade. Then when the finance company called for their welcome call and to verify our information it was in the contract that we had put in $500 down and traded in a 2024 Mitsubishi mirage. I told the finance company no we did not trade in the 2024 Mitsubishi mirage because they told us that y'all did not want it used as a trade-in. So she had me call The car lot back to verify that. When I called The car lot back I spoke with Dreama and she told me what you were supposed to tell them that you did trade it in. First of all I was not told that second of all we didn't trade it in so why would it be on the contract as a trade in. So therefore they were trying to get me to lie to the finance company and when I wouldn't they started threatening that I should bring the car back by 6:00 the one that I was trying to buy. They are crooked they are liars. Lying to a finance company is fraud and fraud is a felony, when you lie to a finance company. Don't buy a car from them cuz they maybe lying to finance company which could get you in trouble as well as them. I am in the process of filing a complaint with OCCC, and I am also going to file a complaint with the better Business bureau against them. This new company is not Fort Worth Mitsubishi it will soon be fwm Redemption LLC do not buy a car from them they are crooked and they are liars. And if I can help it pretty soon they will be out of business. Because they did me and my husband wrong we are both 63 years old and they tried to take advantage of us older people. I rated one star because it wouldn't let me write zero Stars. More

Damien our sales guy was great, really helped us out and got us into the car we wanted. All was great up until….. now we’re almost 4 months in and haven’t received our tags yet. They keep wanting to rene got us into the car we wanted. All was great up until….. now we’re almost 4 months in and haven’t received our tags yet. They keep wanting to renew the temporary ones!with no answers as to why we have gotten our hard tags. Upon calling the auto registration office I find out the paperwork hasn’t even been started yet. I will be filing a complaint with TxDMV to have an investigation started. More
