Long Subaru

I had an outstanding experience with the Long Subaru service department. I came in with a self-induced issue that could have easily turned into a nightmare, but Abigail went well out of her way to make service department. I came in with a self-induced issue that could have easily turned into a nightmare, but Abigail went well out of her way to make the entire situation not only manageable, but genuinely positive. Her communication and follow-up throughout the process were exceptional. Even though the issue was caused by me, the team treated me extremely fairly and never once took advantage of the situation. Given the time and complexity involved in the repair, the level of integrity and professionalism truly stood out. I’d like to sincerely thank the entire service department that worked on my vehicle, and especially Josh, the service manager. It’s clear he takes the time to properly train and support his advisors, and it shows in every interaction. An excellent experience from start to finish. More

The service was great but I did have to have my battery replaced again the next day. All work done at Subaru dealers in MA and VA.
