Routine service, done right. Making an appointment on line was easy. I dropped the car off at the scheduled time. I received a phone call when the car was ready. Everything that was done to the car was explained to me. The service people were very polite and helpful. The biggest surprise was the improvement to the grounds and buildings. There is plenty of parking space now and the change to the service building makes it so easy to drive in and leave the car. More

Time to Downsize I've never been "comfortable" at a dealership. Wonderful experience! I purchased my car from Long Subaru a couple of years ago, which was a very easy, friendly experience. Recently, while parked, it was hit and badly d I purchased my car from Long Subaru a couple of years ago, which was a very easy, friendly experience. Recently, while parked, it was hit and badly damaged. It was towed to a lot in Worcester. The next day, the Long Collision center had it towed to their shop. There was extensive damage and it took a couple of weeks to fix. I picked it up yesterday. It looks better than before it was hit! The whole process was seamless and completely taken care of by the Long Collision Center. Everyone was very friendly and nice and their work is guaranteed for life. I cannot recommend them highly enough! More
