After 2 weeks of doing the dreadful car search at several different "big" dealerships and even going to some recommended salesman to get a "great deal After 2 weeks of doing the dreadful car search at several different "big" dealerships and even going to some recommended salesman to get a "great deal" I finally walked into the doors of this Drive Time. 20 mins after walking in I was already looking at a few car's to pick from. One in which is currently sitting in my driveway. I had the pleasure to work with Ryan who worked with me step by step. Who was very kind the entire time and especially went beyond expectations to meet my needs, that got me into a car that day. A full week has past and I am still very happy with my experience. Thank You! More

No good service I had scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, Jan 6 @ 5:15pm. I arrived there at 5pm to make sure I was on time for MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I waited, w I had scheduled an appointment on Tuesday, Jan 6 @ 5:15pm. I arrived there at 5pm to make sure I was on time for MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I waited, waited, and waited still no one came back to assist me. I finally got up and proceeded to leave the waiting area and leave the dealership. Justin came outside saying, are you going to view the lot? I responded, apparently you all do not want my business because I had a scheduled appointment, arrived on time, and still proceeded no where, then Justin, said Eric is finishing up we will be right with you. I told him I'll be sitting in the car, he said ok, I'll come out and get you. Again proceeded to wait, wait, and wait for over another 30 minutes. No one never came out to get me so I left. I decided to write this review because the service at this location sucks. People just walking, talking, in their own little world like I was not even existing. I will never go back or refer anyone to this dealership More
Quick and easy, no hassle. I had a great buying experience here. I called got approved and drove my new car off the lot in just under two hours. My family and I were there for over 7 hours left well over closing disappointed and my husband having to go to work shortly after. My boys were cranky, hungry and tired. I am pregnant and my sugar levels dropped so I was very jittery amazed I didn't pass out from becoming so livid with them. The manager never came out to assist or even try to make us feel a little better, instead he sat in his office chuckling. We were told we could lease a dodge durango with a third row, even given the down payment amount and what the monthly payments would run. We were excited to go there with our down payment a few days later, and the vehicle we were told we could lease was only to be financed. We had to SETTLE for a nasty beat up older vehicle. They didn't care about our needs at all. More
Customer Service-Nightmare I had a great experience at the dealership. My 1st payment however didn't come out of my account as it was set up to be. Called customer service, they I had a great experience at the dealership. My 1st payment however didn't come out of my account as it was set up to be. Called customer service, they said it wasn't set up and said the dealership didn't do their part. Went to the dealership...it was set up correct. It takes 2 weeks to get it set up so I had to go to a grocery store and make my payment with a $1.50 fee and payed towards my buy down. Called back to let them know both payment and buy down was made. I got a rude person. Called the next day to have buy down processed. They said I had to wait 24-48 hours. I called today (6/20) said my buy down went toward my principle and they changed my payment dates with out my consent or knowledge. I told that women I was done and wanted to speak to a supervisor. I've been on hold for 23 minutes and counting. She came on the line once and said the ONE supervisor is on another call and I can get a call back in 24-48 hours. The dealership was a nice, friendly environment. The call center/customer service...complete opposite. I ended up hanging up and calling the dealership. I hope they can get my account straight. My 1st payment and it is already all messed up. More
Easy, customer-driven, no hassle, friendly experience Drive Time was one of the best car buying experience I have had. While their prices are a tad high, they do provide finance to just about everyone, regardless of your credit history. So, you don't have to walk in and wonder if you can afford the vehicle you want. In fact, you can get your approval amount via e-mail before you go to the dealership. More
Stephanie was the salesperson who answered all my questions prior to my in-store visit over the phone. I explained that I had a young child and could not afford to spend an extraordinate amount of t questions prior to my in-store visit over the phone. I explained that I had a young child and could not afford to spend an extraordinate amount of time in the store. She helped do as much as she could prior to my in-store visit to help save me time. She found vehicles comparable to what I was looking for and when I requested a specific vehicle, they went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to the store since it was at a different dealership. More
