The day I got the vehicle I was given the car with more than 30 miles of what was in the contract. I was charged the cargo mat but it was not given to me. I was told my check will be ready next day, I stil than 30 miles of what was in the contract. I was charged the cargo mat but it was not given to me. I was told my check will be ready next day, I still have not heard from any one, but it was not ready next day. When I asked the sales person for the GM’s contact information, I was told that there is no GM, so basically, he was the only person I could talk to. It is hard to believe that the is no GM, I later found out the contact information for either the GM or person in-charged. I sent all the information regarding the vehicles the dealer bought from me (pay off amount, until when the pay off was good) I asked to please confirmed with me the email was received, nobody bother to reply. I am very sorry, but that’s not the way to build loyalty from a new or old customer. Very disappointing, I will say I would not buy a Buick or lease ever in my life. More
