Poorly managed dealer. Went to them because they were the closest service dealer to me. Never again. No loaner service on weekends. Once I left the car, they could not give a date of when they would even try to diagnose the issue. They called me to go get a loaner vehicle and instead they told me to leave and have my vehicle towed to the dealer I bought it at. Because they only have 1 tech for all types of vehicle. Even if true then why even accept new broken down brand new vehicles. And still did not give me a loaner. Last time I checked I bought a GMC vehicle not a Lorenzo or other dealer name vehicle. More

I was simply amazed for a young man like Adam Lopez to have handled my car service needs in such a responsible and timely manner. I saw this guy running up and down and without showing a big issue and bei have handled my car service needs in such a responsible and timely manner. I saw this guy running up and down and without showing a big issue and being capable of managing clients request quietly and efficiently. By far the worst service center I've visited. No regard for customers time. Completely dissatisfied with the overall experience. A simple task like programing a FOB key turned to a nightmare and waisted 2 complete days for nothing. On another occasion it took 6 days to do a 4 hour job (warranty), furthermore when I asked for the paperwork of the job performed (something in the exhaust) I was told that since it was warranty I was not going to receive any documentation whatsoever. Now I have doubts if the work was even done... This is the typical shark-type outlet with no respect for customer service, none. More
