Service Manager is very friendly and courteous. Nice guy. However, inability to leave voicemail message on his phone, took way too long to diagnose issue. After diagnosis, vehicle was at dealer for 9 days with only a catalytic converter warranty repair. Vehicle looks like was parked under trees which an external accessory was damaged along the back of the roof. I did not report it because I noticed it when I got home.
