Poor customer service. 2013 Ford Escape recall on side door latches. Stopped in for service. Woman at service center did not even acknowledge I was standing waiting. When I finally asked her about recall, she shoved a business card towards me. I asked how long service would take. Her response without looking up was two days. No offer of courtesy car, no other information. I left took car to another Ford dealership. This is my second horrible experience with Lorenzo previously Armstrong Ford. More

Poor Service after the sale I bought a 2017 Flex in November. After going through the usual sales and pricing games, we came to an agreement and bought the car. For some reason I bought a 2017 Flex in November. After going through the usual sales and pricing games, we came to an agreement and bought the car. For some reason, they could not transfer my tag at the time, and gave me a temporary plate that expired on 12/14/17. When approaching the expiration date, I called to check on it. After at least 10 attempts of calling and getting put into voice mail that is full and hangs up on you, a clerk finally told me she would personally check on this and call me back. If it did not come in, they would send me a new temporary tag. No call back. Tag expires. Now the car is illegal to drive. I get a post card on 12/27. Your tag is in. Pick it up at the dealer, and you owe us $23.00. This staff has no regard for the customer after the sales is made. I will never consider them for a car purchase again. More

Not only did they do the deal I wanted, They also delivered my new car right to my door. So I did not have to drive 60 miles to pick up the car. They also picked up my old leased car and drove it back to their dealership, they with the approval of Ford Motor credit paid off the remaining two payments! I recommend this dealership to anyone! I do not recommend going to that dealer. They sold a ford escape se with 3100 miles which was a demo at the same price or more expensive than a 0 mile. I admit that I should never have signed the contract but what they did proves that they have no ethics. I tried to talk to the manager but he never wanted to show his face and told me to offer a set of carpets as a consolation. Please stay away from that dealer, they are not at all reliable. More
