I have been to your dealership many times for service with no issues at all. Quick in and quick out. But yesterday was very different .my husband was there for 5 hours to get a tire rotation and to have with no issues at all. Quick in and quick out. But yesterday was very different .my husband was there for 5 hours to get a tire rotation and to have a recall taken care of. Just the rotation and inspection took over 3 hours. No communication on your end unless my husband asked. I can’t even explain what the holdup could have been. I called to ask why it was taking so and the lady was rude and explained to me that customers are serviced in the order they come in???? I mean what is the point of an appointment??? The video of the inspection was amateurish at best, you should watch it. It was the most unprofessional example of a service update. I could not understand most of what he was saying because there was too much cutting up going on in the background and he was talking too fast and unclear. Lastly, there was no documentation given on what services were provided. I understand that it’s complementary services, I would like to know what was actually done to my vehicle. More
