I've visited the service center a few times now since leasing my car from Lost Pines and I have been so disappointed in their customer service and communication. My car was dropped off at 8 am for a scheduled appointment time for a recall. Never once was i called or my mother who dropped it off. We called multiple times to only never have our calls return appointment time for a recall. Never once was i called or my mother who dropped it off. The onky texts we received were when the appointment was scheduled, when the car was dropped off, and them thanking us for and wanting a review. I still have no idea what the outcome was and if my vehicle was part of the recall or not. And never once did I or my mom ever get to speak to the service advisor who was helping. Very dissatisfied with this. More

Toyota service has always been very good. We were early but they did start right away. The text messages are a nice way to keep in touch as they did an oil change, tire rotation and inspect We were early but they did start right away.
