WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE !! I have bought approximately ten cars over the years, and this is my worst experience. I negotiated a price with the sales department based on true car I have bought approximately ten cars over the years, and this is my worst experience. I negotiated a price with the sales department based on true car pricing. However when I went into the finance department, the fraud started immediately. When I questioned the inflated charges the finance guy kept on repeating leasing is different and the inflated prices included everything including taxes. He would show me on the computer the price I had negotiated while he totally put different figures on paper. He rushed me into signing the papers and even told me it was close to 9pm, closing time and they were going to close the garage and he had to go move his car. when I looked at the papers later at home He was actually charging me MSRP and an inflated interest rate. They showed me one of my fico scores which was 678 but did not show me the Experian auto direct score of 724. I subsequently leased the same exact vehicle, same exact terms for$72.00 a month less for 36 months. Beware of Lou Bachrodt Mazda!! More
Buyer Beware!!! I recently went to Lou Bachrodt Mazda in Coconut creek..I wanted to trade in my daughters 2008 Honda civic 2 door coupe. We're still making payments o I recently went to Lou Bachrodt Mazda in Coconut creek..I wanted to trade in my daughters 2008 Honda civic 2 door coupe. We're still making payments on it. The sales person (Fadi) told me that I'd be upside down 5,000.00 because the value of the car has decreased. Trying to get my daughter into a new car would be hard because we'd need at least one thousand or two thousand dollars down. Once they pulled up our credit scores the sales man ( Fadi ) said our credit scores are not great but not bad also. Mind you I'm the co-signer on her present vehicle my daughter is driving, (Honda) . I wanted to still be the co-signer on a new vehicle, if we were approved. Since we couldn't get into a new vehicle he (Fadi) suggested we try getting into a used one. The salesman (Fadi) told us he would give our information to the "special financing guy", which by the way his name is Mike, never did get his last name. The "special financing guy" was not in that day. It was a Friday that I went into the dealership. Fadi said "the special financing guy" would look at my application and review it over the weekend and give us a call. Sure enough on Monday Fadi gives me and my daughter a call telling us that the "special financing guy" which at this point I still didn't know his name, can put my daughter in a used car. So Fadi tells me to come to the dealership so i can meet "special financing guy" and he can explain what he can do for us. So I headed to the dealership by myself this time after work.. Fadi first shows me a few cars that are nice and that are 2012. After that I had to wait for 'special financing guy '' for half hr. because he was with a customer. So finally "special financing guy" comes out to introduce himself as "Mike". He didn't even take me to his special office. Just talked to me in the waiting area, around other people. Mike suggested that he can put my daughter in one of the cars that I looked at and work with me on the down payment..He said the down payment would only be a couple hundred dollars. So then I proceeded to ask Mike what about my daughter's Honda that she is driving now and still making payments on it? He suggested the following: "Well we would put her in a car first that you like and with reasonable payments and then you could call the financing company to where the Honda payments go too and have them come get the car". I said "what!!??? you mean get it repossessed?, So you want me and my daughter to have a repo on our credit when we're trying hard to keep our scores good and bring them up"? Then he says " well it would only stay on your credit for 2 or 3 yrs. but at least you'd have another loan out already and making timely payments on it". Then he said "creditors will look that you have a new loan out and by then the repo won't even matter to them''..I asked him for a business card and he said that he ran out of them at the moment. Can you believe that? a repo?.. I had gone to two other dealerships during the weekend and none of them suggested me returning the car and have a repo on my credit..They suggested to either fix the car or just finish paying it off, or wait a couple of months until our credit scores go up a little more. Mike was so unprofessional. I left there so pissed. My next step is to report it to the Better Business Bureau.. Please don't go to this dealership, They stink!!! Thanks, Jessica D. More
Excellent customer service. Fernando helped my wife and me. He was very helpful, friendly and let us take our time to make a decision. I have been to other dealers where they don't give you room to think b me. He was very helpful, friendly and let us take our time to make a decision. I have been to other dealers where they don't give you room to think but Fernando and his manager were not pushy at all. Phillip at finance was also very helpful and very clear when explaining all the details of our loan and our purchase. More
I had been looking for a certain BMW for a couple months. I noticed one that Lou Bachrodt had advertise at a good price. At the time, I was not 100% committed to buying a car right away but started to talk w I noticed one that Lou Bachrodt had advertise at a good price. At the time, I was not 100% committed to buying a car right away but started to talk with Adam because if the price was right, I would have bought the car. While doing research on this car, I noticed that the price jumped $5000, I thought there was a typo because the low price (that I thought it was) was advertised on Autotrader, Craigslist, as well as other websites that list cars for sale. I talked with Adam and he said that it was a mistake and it had been corrected, but he would do what he could to honor the price, and then said that he would be able to do it for that price. I told him no, the car had been in an accident, and it had higher miles than other cars in that price range. I saw the car listed at $34,9 and I was going to deal off of that price, like any other normal person looking to buy a car. No one pays what the sticker says, especially a used car with a reported accident (not that that affected my choice, but it did effect what I believe a good price would have been). He told me they had the car listed at $39,9 and coming down to $34,9 they were not even making money. I temporarily walked away. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and I see the car listed on Autotrader at $36,500, then the next day $36,999. I attempted to contact Adam again since it had almost been a month and they still had the car and were still asking way too much for it. He was impossible to get a hold of so I talked with someone else that told me $35,9 was the ABSOLUTE lowest that they could go, and anything below that they would be losing money. He also reiterated what Adam said and mentioned the price mistake. Finally, I try to talk to adam again and call the dealership three days in a row and talk to a number of people and get transferred from one person to another person to another person. Three people got my name and number and said they would call back, and I never got a return call from ANY of the three. At this point, I had already went looking at other dealerships for the car. About a week went by since I last talked to Adam and as I was searching through Autotrader, I notice the price was reduced and listed at $33,995. I asked my self, what the xxxx. So I called up the dealership and was playing phone games again because I guess they are not hurting to sell any cars and they are OK with pushing away potential customers trying to throw money at them. Once again, surprise, another price mistake!!! That's funny. I understand if it happens once, but twice, and with the same car? Really...? I talked to multiple people just to see what they would say, and they would not even honor the $33,995 price! If I were someone that JUST had saw this car, I would have offered $32, $31, $30k, or whatever based on their listing price of $33,995. According to Adam, the $34,900 price was the absolute, "No B.S." lowest price he could do. This dealership obviously takes part in a certain type of bait and switch just to lure people into their dealership or to get someone to call. Their customer service is horrible, they never return calls (or emails for that matter) and apparently they do not want to sell a car. They also over price the junk that they are trying to pass on as a clean car. At this point, I feel like there were a lot of things wrong with the car that they were afraid I would find out since I would be traveling from out of town to get it. Also, Adam could not even answer a simple question. "Hey, does it have heated seats by the way?" "I'm not sure but I will have one of my associates check on it then send you an email or call you." That was his response, twice, to the same question. I'm still waiting on that response. The only employee that actually called back when he said he would, and tried to do what he could to help me out and the whole situation that I placed in his lap, was Kenan. I have date stamped screenshots from my computer showing the price discrepencies and my next post will be a letter to the BBB. Thanks Lou Bachrodt from saving me from buying a lemon! Hopefully other potential buyers will read this review and see that this is one of the most crooked dealerships in South Florida. Just read some of the other reviews on here and see for yourself, they are a piece of work. More

This dealer promised to pay off my lease to incent me to sign a new lease. Within six weeks of signing the deal, I learned I was in collections becauase CHASE had not received the payoff. In addition, whe sign a new lease. Within six weeks of signing the deal, I learned I was in collections becauase CHASE had not received the payoff. In addition, when I Spoke with Chase Bank, they told me that the eleven payment inastallments promised me were insufficient, as there were supposed to be twelve payments to close out the old lease. I don't know which is worse: lying about the amout they would pay off and sticking me with a payment, or not paying it off at all, sending my car back to Mazda after taking posession of it (and losing my licence plate, by the way), or refusing to take my telephone calls when I called to inquire and update so as to straighten the matter out. The only thing good about this dealer is the service departnment and body shop. Liars! All Liars! and they did so KNOWING I am a minister! More
Just had one of the worst sales experiences ever at Lou Bachrodt Mazda Coconut Creek. Our salesman Michael was all nice and smiles during the initial conversation and test rides, but when it was time to ta Bachrodt Mazda Coconut Creek. Our salesman Michael was all nice and smiles during the initial conversation and test rides, but when it was time to talk numbers, first he played games giving us a high number for the car. When asked to put his best foot forward, he went a little lower, but tried to play the "I'll only do this deal today" game. Well guess what Michael, I don't play those games. Don't you think it's reasonable for someone who's about to fork over 20+ grand all in cash to maybe, just maybe, have a night to sleep on it and make sure you're not ripping me the hell off (which you were)? Any good salesman (and yes, I've dealt with many excellent ones) will never pressure you into a situation like this. As soon as Michael saw his little deal slipping away, he got very short with us and just tossed his card to us and said "call me when you're ready to do business." Then he walked away from us at the table. WOW - really professional! I envision lots of those cheap little Diamond Circle or President's Club, whatever crap they give, awards coming your way. I would never even consider going back to this dealership when I am "ready to do business" which I absolutely was when I was there. Had he conducted himself in a better manner, he would have made a sale In fact, this dealer left a bad taste in my mouth regarding Mazda USA as a whole...don't they check up on their dealers? I'll have to give them a buzz and see. Shame on you, Lou Bachrodt Mazda and Michael...go back to car sales 101! More

Have called and spoken to many people including GM's with no response except to say it is being taken care of, which it has not. Also they have taken funds out of our bank account for no reason and again no response as to why and no refund of the moneies taken. The car itself is ok but the customer service STINKS! Finally I have contacted the FL DMV , we shall see what happens now. Stay away from this dealership if service is what you are looking for. More
