The service advisors always do right by me. But there is no longer a place to sit in the service department when you are waiting to see an advisor, as the manager took all the chairs out and re But there is no longer a place to sit in the service department when you are waiting to see an advisor, as the manager took all the chairs out and replaced them with tires to display. This was an asinine move by the service manager, who I was told was responsible for it! The car wash was again broken when I came in last, So I left after my service was completed with a filthy car and had to pay for my own car wash. It gets a little too noisy in the main waiting room of the sales department. The music was too loud and I couldn't read.. I do want to say, however, that I have leased five cars in a row from this Mazda franchise, and the sales people were all excellent. More

Endured an excessive wait of over 3. 5 hours, despite being informed initially that the wait would only be slightly longer than 90 minutes.
