In comparing my experience at Lou Fusz with a previous leasing experience at a Honda dealer, I have to rate the Fusz group definitely higher (no bottom-line surprises at Fusz!) Brian was very responsive, not only when explaining the contract, but also in demonstrating the features of the car itself during the test drive--showed me how to set up Onstar, integrated my phone with Blue Tooth, etc. He even gave me a brief tour of the facility so I know where to go when returning for service, etc. I felt like my business was appreciated, I love the car, and will definitely recommend Lou Fusz to others! Amber was fantastic- she explained everything to me in a way that was very easy to understand. As a first time car buyer this put my nerves at ease and I felt truly comfortable in my decision to chose Lou Fusz Chevrolet for my first vehicle. I did not feel any sort of pressure to purchase a vehicle. She made sure that I understood everything the vehicle had to offer and exactly what the warranties meant and clarified any confusion I may have had. After I signed the papers, Amber helped me set up my OnStar and walked me through the MyChevrolet app. She made me feel like a very valued customer and because of that I will return to Lou Fusz for future vehicles. Honest repairmen My front end alignment showed just barely out of alignment on the equipment at check-in, when she came in and told me about it I decided I wanted to g My front end alignment showed just barely out of alignment on the equipment at check-in, when she came in and told me about it I decided I wanted to go ahead and have it aligned even though it was slight as I have already had to put 2 new tires on my car because of an encounter with a large curb so I don't want to have to buy any new ones soon. My faith in Lou Fusz's technicians and employees was validated when she came in and told me that when they put it on the machine that does the actual alignment my car came up within the 'normal' alignment parameters so the technician did not do the alignment. I was thrilled that they were so honest as I only receive disability which is 1/4th of what I was making when I was working so my budget is tight. I love honest repair shops and will continue to recommend Lou Fusz. Thank you to my technician! More
