40 minutes ago NEW I’ve leased 3 vehicles from this dealership over the last 10 years and this will be my last. I used to recommend them but I haven’t done that in the last 3 years because of the awful dealership over the last 10 years and this will be my last. I used to recommend them but I haven’t done that in the last 3 years because of the awful service. Ive had multiple bad experiences in the service department so I decided to finally write a review. Keep in mind, Ive only written a few bad reviews in my life but this is my third negative experience in row. I’ve now taken my vehicle in twice for a diagnostic error and it’s not been fixed. The first time it just didn’t get done. They forgot. This time they were supposed to do my free oil change and also take care of diagnostic error. I let them know before scheduling that it would need to be between 9 AM and 3 PM so I could pick up my kid from school. Took my car in at 10am as they requested and dropped it off. They say they’ll let me know when it’s done. I call , text and leave messages at 1pm. Finally at 2:30 I get in touch with someone live to find out they still haven’t looked at it. It’s a mess every time go there. I realize everyone is short staffed but their scheduling and communication are absolutely awful. I run my own business and could never get away with this. You can’t expect people to give up a whole day for something so simple. Not to mention you can’t get a loaner vehicle anymore when it needs serviced. This is my last vehicle with Lou Fusz Dodge in O’Fallon. These trucks are way too expensive to have to deal with this nonsense! If I buy another Dodge it definitely won’t be there. More
