Wow!! I'm a first time Subaru buyer and had heard all the hype about how excellent the cars were and customer satisfaction was off the charts. Such high hopes usually sets up a real let down. This was not at all the case. The folks at Lou Fusz Subaru, especially Mike Steele with honorable mention to Rick Summerfield far exceeded my expectations. Easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience ever! The Legacy with the features and color I wanted wasn't on the lot so Todd ordered the one I wanted, and today I'm the proud owner of a 2016 Legacy. When the new car arrived at Lou Fusz Subaru, Christopher Smith helped me by showing and demonstrating the many amenities that accompany this wonderful vehicle. After that, Bob Schneider discussed service plans that they offer. I was impressed with the care and attention to detail that the team at Lou Fusz Subaru puts into the products it sells. It has been a long time since I bought that Chevy in 1998—so I'll have quite a learning curve as I get acclimated to my new "upgrade". Looking forward to it! More

I am trying a suburu, left toyota.. I have been driving Toyota's for many years and always dealt with Lou fusz. After reading the rave reviews about Subaru we decided to purchase one. I went to Three dealers, Dean team, Webster and Lou Fusz. By far Lou Fusz won out. I was given wrong information at Webster, Dean team was alittle pushy and called me too often. Not only was Lou Fusz close to me, but they were very low key, dealt with me on price and I talked to the repair department to decide on this aspect also. I heard some bad information about Webster repair department. I spoke with Brian at Lou Fusz and was so impressed. I had Christopher Smith, work with me. We are not easy on car dealers and he we so patient with us and put up with all our concerns and questions. He was so thorough on going over the car details and I am not a techy person. He showed me all aspects of the car to include sinking my radio. I went right to the top and worked with Dave Argobus and he was so easy going and really helped me get a good deal on my Legacy. If someone asked me who to buy from it will be Lou Fusz all the way. Look at the repair department also, then decide where to buy...I also liked their rewards program, we have our cars services at Fusz so all the dollars went to use like cash for this Legacy, it saved us so much. It pays to buy and have maintenance done at all within the 'Fusz network, so you save $$ on your next car purchase, More
