Being an ex-Service Writer, I have very little trust in Service Writers and mechanics. However Brian was VERY friendy and professional. Took care of our 30k mile service, repared a minor squeak and replaced a headlight that was out that was not asked of him. And did not try to sell us things that weren't needed.

We got a free loaner and the car was completed in less than 5 hours. Outstanding Lou!
