i have been very pleased with any service I have received from Lou Sobh. The Service Department has always been very helpful and answered my questions, especially regarding what is needed now vs what can be from Lou Sobh. This definitely helps when unexpected repairs are needed, like Saturday (Also Labor Day weekend!)- the D (drive light was blinking, indicating an issue with transmission- fluid, electrical, whatever).
