Really let me say excellent. I hope I always have John Goode. I was worried about getting my car serviced this day because of timing. They close at 6 and the last thing I want to I hope I always have John Goode. I was worried about getting my car serviced this day because of timing. They close at 6 and the last thing I want to do is be someone that slides in as a last appointment. So I left work earlier and with traffic got there right at 5:00pm. I pulled up and the first person I saw pulling into service recognized me and remembered my name. Which really surprised me. Even remembered details of my last service and just really made me feel great about it. This was John Goode. He got me in and out. Explained the sheet in detail and made me feel like a valued customer. Like the stuff your parents talk about when describing customer service in the past. That friendly first name base and customer is wanted.Thank you John and hope to see you next time More
