This was the friendliest car dealership my husband and I have ever visited and even the people not involved with our sale greeted us as if we had been friends. I like the saleslady. She was very friendly and worked with you. She worked very hard to try and sell us a "new" car, but we had to stay within our budget, so we got a very nice (almost new) used car that with you. I had looked in Jacksonville, FL for a Kia, but I decided on using the Georgia dealer, so I wouldn't have to pay Forida and Georgia sales tax, as I live in GA. More
I did a lot of research and I came in prepared, but I was looking for a new Soul and just wanted to see the color options in person. I found a loaded used Soul that checked my boxes. Mike Murphy honored three different incredible deals for me that made it a completely affordable purchase (I'd go so far to say a steal!). Heather was patient, really knew her information, treated me with respect, and gave no high-pressure sales pitch. Chris was very personable and put a very friendly face on the finance, even though I didn't end up going in-house. All in all, the three of them stayed late, worked with me, and went above and beyond to make it comfortable and even enjoyable. Who ever hears that about a car buying experience?! I'm so incredibly happy about my experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone who wants something they have. It's so refreshing to be able to buy in Brunswick and not have to go to Jacksonville or Savannah. These people are first rate! More
Talk about "TEAM WORK"! I have never been so impressed as I was on my recent visit to a Kia dealership! Kimberly, Eddie, Chris S, and Craig were the most wonderful group of people that I have h impressed as I was on my recent visit to a Kia dealership! Kimberly, Eddie, Chris S, and Craig were the most wonderful group of people that I have had to deal with in quite awhile. I did not feel pushed, rushed,or bombarded while looking for my new car. This is the 4th Kia that we have purchased and with each one we have gotten nothing but great service out of them. We even named our dog Kia(LOL). More

Thank you to Mike Murphy Kia for doing everything possible to keep this sale! My review is based on my experience with the man that Oliver took us to for final pricing, I did not get his name. First, he presented fuzzy math, giving us "$4000" off but then trying to add it back by taking it off my trade in value. Let me just say, as an accountant, I can figure numbers in my head faster than a calculator and I knew from the start they were trying to screw us. Then he wanted to devalue my trade because it "needed new tires". We asked if he wanted to see the paperwork where we had bought new tires the month before. Then he undervalued the trade on KBB and when I presented my printout from KBB with the actual trade in value and what they were likely to sell it for, he began to get beligerent with me, raising his voice more than once. Needless to say, we will be taking our business to an out of town dealership. I wasn't born yesterday, and to treat me that way was very insulting. His customer service skills are quite lacking. However, Oliver Goodloe could not have been nicer. It is too bad we won't be buying from him. More

My daughters is a 2010 lx which she purchased from a different dealer, the problem with the car was that it only came with 1 key. We all know that 1 car key is not a good idea after trips to the purchasing dealer and no resolve we called Mike Murphy who went above and beyond the call of duty to get the parts needed and made sure that the keys worked all door locks and ignition despite the fact that we didn't purchase it from them. I am very pleased with experience we encountered with the service department. My next Kia will be purchased at Mike Murphy Kia. More
I went in for routine maintenance on my '08 Kia Spectra I had bought a couple of years ago from this dealer. I have always gone back there for maintenance because have been VERY happy with their personal at had bought a couple of years ago from this dealer. Having put a LOT of miles on my Spectra, I was not surprised when they did find more than routine work that needed attention - specifically the brake calipers, etc. Getting ready to take a LONG trip, the service manager was very concerned about getting this work done, but the cost would mean I would have to cancel my trip (it was NOT unreasonable cost for the work, but I was already on tight budget for the trip.) So I got the brilliant idea to look into trading in the Spectra for something newer. Kimberly Murphy came to my assistant and she was SO VERY kind, helpful, not at all pushy, but very delightfully enthusiastic that before it was over, I was driving out in a BRAND NEW 2012 Kia Forte!!! Mike Jr. was involved in some of the "dealing" and was also VERY kind and helpful. The Bubby, the finance manager, did some more magic and it was HUGS all around. The lobby was bustling with staff as well as customers, but everyone on the staff who crossed my path congratulated me and made me feel like royalty...it was a totally delightful experience and I am already trying to talk folks into going there to see what they might do for them...even people who were not thinking about buying a car...after all, I wasn't either when I got up that morning!!! Oh, and by the way, I LOVE MY NEW CAR AND MY NEW FRIENDS AT MIKE MURPHY KIA!!! More

Most salesmen are just intrested in getting you in to anything as long as they make a sale. i orginally visited to purchase a new Sorento, but after a few trys my payments were a little too high for the vehicle i wanted. She worked with me to find the best car for my family (including 3 boys and lots of sports equipment) that was resonably affordable. I ended up wiht a Borrego. and i am completley in love with it. Thanks so much to the friendly staff of Mike Murphy Kia!!!! More
this dealer advertised $8000 minimum trade on any car and a new soul with trade for $9990. of course when i got there they did not have any of the souls that were advertised for that price. they also would g a new soul with trade for $9990. of course when i got there they did not have any of the souls that were advertised for that price. they also would give me $8000 for my trade, but then wanted to take off $2000 for "reconditioning" of my trade. this is just shifty to me. i wasted 2 1/2 hours here. i dont feel like car dealers need to resort to trickery. I had a bad experience with Savannah KIA and decided to phone Mike Murphy KIA in Brunswick which was only an hour away. I talked frankly with Mike Murphy Jr. about the price I was willing to pay in detail and he agreed that it was a fair deal. Since we had to order the vehicle (they are a hot selling item & I wanted specic color and packages), there was a chance that the 1.9% financing would not be available when the vehicle arrived. He assured me, of course after checking my credit, that the figure we agreed upon would still be honored if KIA didn't extend the financing date. When the vehicle came in, of course KIA raised the interest rate to 2.9%. Mike Murphy KIA still honored the 1.9%, but, we had to use another creditor (didn't bother me ). Of course it helped in this situation to have good credit. He still honored his word and that is something special nowadays. In short, I got a great car for a great price from a dealership with integrity. More
