Very helpful in a tight squeeze We were very happy we were able to walk away with a car the same day. Our payments aren't ideal but that is understandable considering our credit. Deception from the Lindon Right out of the gate I was NOT told the 2013 Ram 2500 Diesel came from Canada and the lifetime drivetrain warranty was no good in the US. Next I was Right out of the gate I was NOT told the 2013 Ram 2500 Diesel came from Canada and the lifetime drivetrain warranty was no good in the US. Next I was not told the trucks emissions had being modified and would not pass an emissions in Webber county. I was new to diesel engines and did not know anything had being modified. After a few weeks of working with the manager and sales rep I worked out a deal to split the cost ($5000) of reinstalling the missing emissions. The garage they sent it to took 2 weeks to get it done and they did it with used salvaged parts. When I got it back it had exhaust leaks all over the the exhaust manifold and missing gaskets on the exhaust return line. Cost me $450 to get the local Dodge dealer to fix the leaks. I was not about to take it back to their shop as I lived 60 miles away. The only good thing was they gave me a Toyota loaner car while they had the truck. I had to have all the u-joint replaced in the front end and the differential was contaminated with water (milky white oil). I also had to have the front drive line rebuilt (4X4) and the turbo replaced. The turbo was replaced with a used unit via an extended warrant. Everything else went out after 12 months when my warrant ran out. Now the transfer case is going out. All I do is drive it up and down the freeway, I bought it to tow a trailer. THIS TRUCK HAS BEING A NIGHTMARE. DON"T TRUST THIS DEALER. BUYER BEWARE. More

Other dealers I've gone to in the last month have ignored me and nearly ripped me off. But Low Book is the best experience I've had, I felt taken care of knowing Taylor had my back through this hard ordeal. I really appreciate what these guys did for me. More

Quick, easy, painless car buying process. I probably had an easier experience then most when it came to visiting dealerships, I had a list of specific vehicles I wanted to look at. I came to Low Book to look at a specific SUV, Evan explained how Low Book Sales ran their business, showed me the car then let me take it for a spin. I told him I still had other cars to look at and he wasn't pushy at all, he gave me his card and all the info on the car. I had decided to purchase the car two years later. We talked for a bit over the phone about the car then I went to the dealership and left with my car two hours later. It was a Saturday and the dealership was very busy so they were short staffed but everyone was great. More
Advertising is b.s. The commercial lies they don't help you with bad credit or no credit. waste of a day We went there, told us we would be approved. Told us what cars we were approved for,drove 4 of them, decided on one car. Then he told us we needed this and that and come back in 4 months ( yes 4 months) all this after spending over 4 hrs at the lot. Incase its not obvious, we wont be going back! I suggest going there if u like getting the run around or wasting a whole day for nothing! Never been treated like that anywhere! Not to mention the guy who helped up had a trash mouth. Very unprofessional! More
Rude, waste of time. I filled out the pre approval forms out online and immediately got a call saying I was approved and to come in. I was excited because I've struggled with my credit and really needed a car. When I got there I was followed by a salesman who was old and pushy. The drink , a chines they offered to customers were all out how order and the bottled water was hot. I explained my situation and he seemed annoyed then ran my credit and said I had no chance without a huge down payment. He was so rude about it and again seemed like I had wasted his time. Ummmmmm I applied first, was honest, and now need to walk home, who's time was wasted? You know even if I couldn't get a car there if my experience was good and they were nice I would've recommended them. Too bad. More
