Purchased a few cars thru Balise Toyota, West Springfield. Always kind & courteous. Having some trouble with a 2026 Corolla Cross bought in November of 2025. Disappointed that a seat belt issue i Springfield. Always kind & courteous. Having some trouble with a 2026 Corolla Cross bought in November of 2025. Disappointed that a seat belt issue is not being covered by the extended warranty I added to my monthly payment. For security reasons, I am paying to replace the passenger seat belt. Also have mice and or chipmunks getting in this car 😯. In general Balise has been professional. More
