Kate, the customer representative, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring that all my concerns were heard and addressed. Kate’s communication throughout the process was top-notch. She provided clear explanations of the repairs needed, offered detailed updates on the progress, and was always available to answer any questions I had. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in the services being provided. The repair work itself was of excellent quality, completed efficiently, and within the estimated timeframe. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Thanks to Kate’s exceptional customer service and the skilled repair team, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with any car repair shop. I drove from Cherry Hill to your dealership because it had a better reputation than Cherry Hill Dodge. My Challenger is repaired I am very happy to have it back since I love this car. vehicle dropped off for a battery and a door switch, I was on phone when they dropped it off mentioning those two items, imagine my surprise when the bill shows up to the tune of $3000 with new brakes, ti was on phone when they dropped it off mentioning those two items, imagine my surprise when the bill shows up to the tune of $3000 with new brakes, tires, and more work that I did not ask for and I never received any phone calls confirming the work to be done and when it would be completed and had to repeatedly call them asking for updates and was often sent to voicemail. Great experience and they fixed the issue on my Jeep Wrangler. I had a leak at the rear main seal when I bought new, custom order from Jeep. I bought it at the Cherry Hill dealership, they are bad, and Wrangler. I had a leak at the rear main seal when I bought new, custom order from Jeep. I bought it at the Cherry Hill dealership, they are bad, and when I took it back they said “Well, there is a leak, but we are not going to fix it because it’s not that bad of a leak.” Uh??? I took it to Lucas, they confirmed there is a leak and right away said this needs to be fixed. The service agent was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The mechanic came out to discuss the issue with the service agent and me in detail and was very nice about it. They took their time to make sure I understood the issue. I will always take my Jeep back to Lucas. I am so disappointed that I didn’t buy it from Lucas. The Jeep place in Cherry Hill are rude, ignorant, and can’t be bothered. More
I recently moved to NJ and unfortunately my 2024 Jeep Screen and dash power was not working. I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler in to Lucus for an Oil Change and for a technician to diagnose the problem. I Screen and dash power was not working. I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler in to Lucus for an Oil Change and for a technician to diagnose the problem. I was more than happy to leave my car there for more time than I setup and ended up leaving my car there for two days. The oil change was done with no issue however they could not figure out what was causing the screen and power to not be working. I was very nice about leaving it there for more time but was told I would likely need a rental for them to continue working on the car. I called the following week to schedule a rental car and to schedule service but was told by Eli that it is a very long list of people waiting for a car and didn't know when my Jeep could come back. I wanted my Jeep fixed asap so I took it back to the dealer I went to in PA. They were able to diagnose the problem within an hour and a half and ordered the part. Im not sure how they could do it in that amount of time and not Lucus in two days. Unfortunately, I was looking for a new place to service my Jeep in NJ and I dont think I will come back to Lucus.
