Please advise/remind customers that when service is completed, we will be notified by phone message. I sat in the waiting area for an extra hour before I realized my car was ready. While sitting ther completed, we will be notified by phone message. I sat in the waiting area for an extra hour before I realized my car was ready. While sitting there, employees regularly walked through the area announcing a customer's name so I was waiting for my name to be called. Nice waiting area and delicious lattes...but still, would have preferred to have been on my way home! More

Tre Vega was my sales agent. I am a 100 percent disabled Air Force veteran and Tre helped me very much, and took his time to answer all questions. He made the process of buying my Camaro absolutely seemless and processed alot of paper work via computer.He drove the Camaro to my apartment for a test drive and inspection. While I was in the military I spent 8 Years in Japan where customer service is legendary. But I feel that Tre Vega was next level and went the extra mile and then some. More

I was purchasing a vehicle I had leased at Brookdale but since I lived in the south metro they provided the option have the lease service done at another Luther dealer closest to my home which was a big selling option and they provided great customer as well although I know Steve Miller who I knew from Toyota City and his group would have done a great job as well, More
