Please advise/remind customers that when service is completed, we will be notified by phone message. I sat in the waiting area for an extra hour before I realized my car was ready. While sitting ther completed, we will be notified by phone message. I sat in the waiting area for an extra hour before I realized my car was ready. While sitting there, employees regularly walked through the area announcing a customer's name so I was waiting for my name to be called. Nice waiting area and delicious lattes...but still, would have preferred to have been on my way home! More

The staff is pleasant and easy to work with, especially Duane. He’s absolutely fantastic, breaking down and explaining things that need to be done and things that can wait, offering no judgement.
