Good service but you pay for it dearly! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service done in the allotted time. They did the "routine oil" change, tire rotation, antifreeze change, replaced recall airbag and it was quite expensive and as below, the vehicle was not even vacuumed or windows cleaned. You have to request and pay additional for that too. They also tried to get me to spend more money on replacing two air filters (at I believe it was at least $30 each) by showing me (a women) "how dirty" the engine and cabin filters were. Didn't fall for that one! I spent $171++ and my car was still dirty and I had coupons! I probably will not be going back for an oil change:) But service is good but they make you pay for it!!! Warranty work. I had been a little concerned about an unusual low volume noise were beginning to be concerned about at about 40 mi. per hour. I mentioned it when s I had been a little concerned about an unusual low volume noise were beginning to be concerned about at about 40 mi. per hour. I mentioned it when scheduling installation of new tires and at the time of routine 5000 mi. maintenance. The service manager suggested bringing it back after we had experience with the new tires...and to rule out tire noise as the problem. We scheduled a time for a road test and diagnosis. The result was discovery of an apparent problem in the drive train. Yesterday, I brought the car back in for removal and replacement of a drive shaft. That went smoothly and completed within the time that I had available to wait for the repair. The pleasant part of the experience, was not only did the noise go away, but it was still under warranty and there was no charge for something that might have otherwise cost as much as $2,000. I have been especially pleased with the attitude and workmanship of everyone I have met in the service department. Always pleasant and courteous. I am very pleased to be the owner of the 2014 CRV purchased new at Mankato Luther Honda. More

Appreciate the communication and extra steps!! Had regular maintenance plus remote starter put in. Mixup in schedule so remote couldn't be put in that day.
