You know, I have been working with this dalership for years, and for good reason. I stopped in to LOOK at used cars, and ended up buying my 2010 Nissan Rogue. 'Hands Down' Scott Holerud went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle for my family! Scott took the time to explain every detail of the Kia Sedona and even synced my smart phone to my new car! Throughout the entire purchasing process, Scott was there to explain every detail. Professionalism and friendliness are the two words I would use to describe Scott Holerud. I can't go without mentioning the absolutely helpful finance department! Mike (Finance Manager) was beyond helpful and completely knowledgeable of every detail in the financing. Mike took the time to add a personal touch to the entire financing process. This is the first time that I worked with Adam and let me tell you, his customer service was top notch. He explained to me what the crews worked on. He listened to my concerns when it came to an issue with my car and explained to me in detail what was going on. When I respectfully turned down his offer to not fix the problem (only a very minor detail), he didn't pressure me to get it fixed right away.

I was planning on buying an Nissan or possibly another brand and ending up leasing the car. I have a better understanding of the leasing process and for my driving habits and need for different cars it completely made sense. I recieved a good price on my trade-in and JP explained the leasing process like the professional he is. I enjoyed getting to know him and would definitely come back and ask for JP again. Thank you!

I'm sorry that I couldn't remember the gentleman that helped me. He was very kind and most helpful. Also, the salesperson, David, was kind as well when we took some time to look at vehicles on the lot.

The reason why we visit with Luther Kia in Invergove is because the Barnett Kia in White Bear Lake was very rude to us. We just bought our vehicle and refuse to schedule an oil change because I didn't purchase my vehicle there. It would be on a first-come first-serve basis. I explained it wasn't convenient but the scheduler continued to decline. His last words were, "I should've gotten a car from them, then." We are never returning there even though it's closer to our home. And we do not plan to purchase our next car from them.

All of my experiences at your dealership have been wonderful. We are looking for another vehicle and will be working with David on this. Thank you for a great experience.

Bob Norwick was great to work with. Answered all our questions helpfully and honestly. He took care of of few minor problems expeditiously and the quality of service was great. I wanted to share a quick review of my great purchase experience at Luther Kia. My salesman John was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He got me into a great car at a great price, and he was very accommodating of my time requirements for conducting the deal and schedule for picking up the car. Jamie even made signing the paperwork a pleasant experience, and she provided detailed information (as requested) and flexible options for extra vehicle protection and extended warranty. Luther Kia provided extra perks AFTER the sale including a month of free washes at The Downtowner and gas discounts and a gas card. I had a great experience overall and recommend Luther Kia!

I would just like to thank Adam very much. Almost every time I have brought my car in he has been the service writer. In March I brought my car in because My husband and I were going on a road trip to San Antonio, TX and needed the car to be at its best. Adam serviced the car and recommended I schedule an oil change for when we return. I left that day and forgot to reschedule it. As it turns out my husbands health turned for the worst and ended up making an emergency return to Minnesota upon return my husband spent 48 days in the hospital and Hospice. David past away on May 18th 2013. I called to get my car oil changed and up to date for inspections and things. I was told not until May 31st. the Day before my husbands funeral. Adam was able to sqeeze my car in and take care of the car so All I had to do is keep up on was family and my husbands affairs. It really made a difference and took one more thing off the to do list. I was only coming here for service because it was the closest one, but This dealership has taken care of me and I will return because of that!
