I found a car online and contacted the dealership. Gino was exceptionally helpful and took a few moments to collect my information so that when I arrived at the dealership that afternoon it was just a matter of selecting the car I wanted. I actually didn't end up purchasing the car that I was interested in but Gino worked with me to find the perfect car for me. He worked diligently to ensure that the car I selected met all of my wants and needs. Overall it was a wonderful car buying experience and Gino's attitude and helpfulness was refreshing. I would absolutely recommend Luxor Auto Group and Gino Darmo to everyone, they have made a repeat customer out of me!

Sheryl is a great listener, and anticipates your needs. Vehicle transactions always take time, and my wife and I enjoyed buying our car from her on Good Friday 2013.

Gino is a fun guy - ready with a smile, knows his business and will cover the details.

Scott was very capable shuffling the paper. These people really care about their customers !

So here's my story...I'm a BMW nut. All three home garages are filled with BMW's. For over six months I was looking for a specific hot rod BMW. To my enjoyment Luxor had picked up the car I purchased from them a week before. Their sales price could have been inflated based on the exclusivity of the car...it wasn't and I pounced on the car.

Rhad kept me in the dealership after their first trade-in offer was unaccepted. I would have walked...disappointed that my latest dream car slipped through my fingers. He worked to make the offer better, and took care of me - and sold the car.

I would not hesitate in buying again from Luxor...and happily recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a quality luxury vehicle. Thanks guys!

I was looking for a particular Cadillac CTS V and Luxor happened to have one.
I had been to 3 other dealers for the same car and their responsiveness was poor. As a business owner I appreciate excellent customer service and follow up. Sheryl and Gino were very friendly and professional each time I was there. Gino even came outside one night after hours and spent about an hour with me.
Most of the deal was done over the phone. Some dealers try to change things when it's time to sign for the deal. Not this dealer, everything was as Gino had said and I was in and out pretty fast
Everyone I spoke with at this dealer was very friendly and they really act like they want your business.
Luxor Auto is not your average used car dealer.
