Hello Michelle, I have looked into your issue with our dealership and apologize for not being able to meet your needs to your satisfaction. Your vehicle was sitting outside of the service fence because of the transmission being inoperable. Our technician diagnosed your vehicle and ordered a valve body for the transmission. We were hoping to receive the part quickly and move your Tahoe from where it was dropped off straight into the shop, unfortunately the part did not come in before you decided to trade the vehicle. As for a loaner car we only have a certain amount of courtesy transportation vehicles available and did not have one at the time your vehicle was at our dealership. That being said, since your vehicle was still under warranty. GM warranty will pay for a rental vehicle and that option should have been presented to you. That is definitely something we will address with our staff. Again I apologize for your poor experience at our dealership and hope that we have the chance to earn back your business in the future.
