This is the third car I have purchased from Lynn Smith. This was the absolute easiest car buying experience EVER! I contact Ed early that morning and told him what vehicle I was interested in. HE asked if it was okay for him to check the difference between it and a new one just to make sure I was getting the best deal. I text messaged back and forth with Ed a few times during the day. He emailed me the credit app and I sent it back. When I got off work, Jillian already had my financing approved. Including my test drive, I was at the dealership an hour and a half! It was great!

After suffering through another dearships sales pitch and getting the runaround on prices. I remembered when I bought my cavalier Ed Santos was the most friendly and honest also very knowledgeable salesperson.So I went to see him,and there I found an suv I loved .He let me drive it home to show my husband.he gave me a good price right off and I left feeling really good about my purchase. Then I went to see Jillian and was dreading the next step of someone trying to add on things that didn't want. What a surprise! She was fast , and didn't try to put things in the contract I didn't want. She suggested I add gap insurance, and explained how it would help me out if I had a wreck.I left with a great feeling, and I will come back to Lynn Smith for all my auto needs.Also I was very pleased with the service dept when I brought my chevy cavalier in for repairs,also ive used the body shop. Can't say enought good things about the whole dealership.thanks Ed and Jillian!

This was the first time we have purchased a new car where the sales people were not just all over us. These folks just made the event just that - an event. And a plesant event at that. They never pushed - they were there to answer any question and provide any and all information we felt we needed to know to help us make the decision to purchase this car.

We had a very good experience overall , no complaints. Great service . Rollie was very honest and very helpful . We appreciated Rollie being considerate and not a pushy salesman. The finance lady was very helpful , and gave us some very good advice ! We appreciated her help and her work she did for us on our loan .

very knowledgable, efficient, friendly, helpful .i started out emailing Brett. always responded quickly with info needed. punctual, really quite knowledgable about the tahoe and helping with setup/programming. financing a breeze with Chasity. very quick process from test drive to drive out with the new vehicle.

from the time i walked into the dealership i received absolutely the best customer service. everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. dealing with John, Roland and Jill has been a pleasure and i look forward to referring customers to them. I bought a new truck from Lynn Smith last week. My transactions were completed in one day. Bret and Jill were very helpful and professional with each step of the process. Bret responded quickly from an internet inquiry I sent. He had the truck I was looking for and the best price I had been quoted. He explained all features of the truck and was able to answer all my questions. Jill handled the paperwork part of the process. She worked with my credit union on the financing and explained all the forms with clarity. Everything was done quickly and correctly. I would recommend this dealership to friends because I think I was treated fairly and courteously.
