My husband, a retired nurseryman, and I, a preschool special education teacher, went into Lynnwood Honda on Friday, January 23rd and spoke with a young man named Hedra Massoud. We were very clear with Hedra that the reason that we were there was to gather information and that we were not in a hurry to purchase a new car. We had 4 fully functioning cars and did not need to buy a car new right now but planned on doing so in the near future and were trying to get some information to make an informed decision prior to spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the car I wanted. Hedra was fantastic and talked to us about the CRV Hybrid that we were interested in. We came back again on January 26th to test drive a CRV. Unsurprisingly, Hedra texted and phone a few times, as it is the way car salesmen keep you engaged. He was polite and offered to gather further information if we needed it. His promise was to make our future purchase “as easy, quick and smooth as possible”. At one point in our text thread, he asked if we wanted to make a deposit to “hold the vehicle”. We told him to sell it if he had a buyer that was interested as we were not in a hurry and could wait to find another. I then spoke with a colleague who purchased a car with the Costco discount and asked Hedra about it. He told me that he could share that “no hassle” price with me if I came into the dealership. I made a plan to come in on Friday, January 30. I told Hedra that I was not going to buy a car on Friday because I wasn’t going to commit my husband’s time to being at the meeting and was not going to purchase a vehicle without him. As it happended, my husband ended up meeting me there, but Hedra was busy with another customer so his co-worker, Rajeev “Raj” Khanna spoke with us and showed us the Costco pricing. It was an AWEFUL experience! Raj was abrupt, rude, disrespectful and dismissive. He told untruths, “You have already been here 4 times. Are you going to buy the car or not”—we had been there twice, once briefly and once to test drive. He physically stood over us as he put the invoice on the desk and used forceful, high-pressure tactics (“Are you guys going to do this. The deal won’t get better”. Are you going to commit or not?”.) When we told him that we were not going to purchase the car that day, he told us that the “offer wouldn’t be available tomorrow. Today it is raining and slow, tomorrow is Saturday and we will be busy. The offer won’t be available then.” Raj also told us that the Costco deals “change daily” so it won’t be available at this price tomorrow (we have since found out that this is not true). It was terrible. My husband and I left the dealership and, as we were re-grouping in the parking lot, I looked up and saw Raj and one of his co-workers looking out the large windows and pointing at us, smiling. Like we were fools who had done something wrong. I was confused and embarrassed by what had just taken place and was near tears. We have NEVER been treated like this when we have purchased cars previously. It is not an experience that we wish to reward by be spending our hard earned money at Lynnwood Honda—sorry, Hedra…. More

It is always hard to pick a dealership and know where to start. I am sure, everyone can relate. You want to go to an honest dealership who has only the customers best interest in mind. Well, you found it! From start to finish, the Lynnwood Honda Team was amazing! 🤩 Raj (sales) and Keith (manager) found us a perfect car in our price range. Both Raj and Keith have true passion & compassion for their customers - treating each customer like family. It was such a relief to buy a car from real people, in a world where trust, loyalty, and compassion… can be hard to find. It is a relief to be able to have a dealership, that you can walk into that is truly about people vs profit. Provided the amount of info we felt we needed about add-ons without feeling pressured or bullied (Have had that experience elsewhere!). I wish there was a negative star! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service department and assistant manager, Mike, were utterly incompetent and unprofessional. They charged me nearly $900 for an oil change that was supposed to address the engine light issue—but it wasn’t fixed at all. Not only did they fail to deliver on the services promised, but the entire experience was a total waste of time and money. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ever considering this place. Complete disappointment and a nightmare of a customer experience. More

When it came time for the pricing/trade-in portion Gabe Moreno, the New Car Manager, made things incredibly easy and straightforward. I've purchased a few vehicles over the years and I always dreaded the negotiation phase of things. I can honestly say that this was the nicest and easiest experience I've encountered. There was no pressure, at all, from Raj or Gabe. The negotiations were very polite, professional, and we very quickly came to terms on a deal we were all happy with. This was the easiest and most pleasant purchasing experience I've encountered. The dealership's slogan is "experience the difference" and I can say that slogan is very accurate. The atmosphere, personnel, selection, and every other aspect of the purchase was a great experience. I can't recommend Raj, Gabe, and the rest of the people that make everything possible enough. More
I emailed and inquired about two separate vehicles. The first one was low enough to pay cash and the second I would have had to finance. I filled out the application and now my credit has been ran and they all of a sudden don’t have the vehicle. They have cars on their website and it’s not even updated. I feel as if they keep cars that have low miles and decent prices so they get people interested. Extremely frustrating! More

They were super patient with us as we test drove and looked at multiple cars and when we finally made our decision they got our paper work done pain free, no back and forth on the numbers, they were honest and upfront the whole time and easy to deal with and explained everything patiently. A wonderful experience so unlike many dealerships!!! So if you looking for a new car we would definitely recommend working with Jules she is wonderful and just wants to help you meet your car needs without pressure! More
I have taken my car which I bought bought brand new there in 2014. In the last year alone they lied about putting on a new tire one time because when the same tire went low again they said it had to be repla in 2014. When I verified that it was patched not replaced the service manager just looked at me like I hadn’t been scammed out of a tire. This is the 5 th time I beleive I just took it in a week ago and they said they patched my tire and this morning the tire light came on again and the same issue is happening again ! How many times do I have to take my car in for tires I ordered Michelin defenders and the tires I got don’t match because they decided to get ones compatible to the ones I originally purchased from them. My guess is these are cheap tires because I keep having the same problem yet I paid for an expensive higher end tire. What’s a customer to do there’s no one there that cares about this terrible service I’ve keep receiving. More
