I have always had a good experience here until my last visit. Had my oil changed and tires rotated for the 1st time since purchase. Jeep rode like brand new before visit. After visiting it rides very very visit. Had my oil changed and tires rotated for the 1st time since purchase. Jeep rode like brand new before visit. After visiting it rides very very poorly. I was told they could re-balance tires but would come at additional cost. Almost 3x the cost of a normal tire shop. Other than this visit, I have been very pleased with overall service and Matt is great to deal with. I cannot fault him for doing his job. More
