Poor customer service We had an oil change that was ok. But they told me my year and a half battery was defective. Sal is honest and very helful I had bought a nissan rom honda naplelton dealership(worst mitake ever)./ Sal was very helpful and gave us a complete list of problems and issues wit I had bought a nissan rom honda naplelton dealership(worst mitake ever)./ Sal was very helpful and gave us a complete list of problems and issues with the car that he stated should hve been addressed by the selling dealership before it even hit the sales floor. Napelton told us to bring the car back to their dealershipand they would address all issues. not only did they have our vehicle for 7 weeks, they did not address a single issue or remburse us for the charges that we had aquired by bringing it to crystal lake nissan(where Napelton told us to bring the car) So now that we Have paided for a $22000 plus car, plus the $350 we had to pay Sal to look at it to find out what was wrong with it. Now Ihave to bring the vehicle back to Sal to fix because Napelton Honda will not return our phone calls or emails. So it ill end up costing me another $5500 to have Sal fix all the issues that Napelton Honda should have dealt with before they even sold us the car. Thank you sal for all/your hard work and countless hours yo spent on the phone dealing with those lying, cheating xxxxxxxx fromNapelton River Oaks Honda. We will see you soon to have our vehicle serviced by a true professional. Also Sal went out of his way to show us how to use simple conveinces of the car that Napleton did not, because they had misplased the owners manual and the second set of car keys. I wish i could go back and just have purched our vehicle from M`Lady/ Nissan in the first place. At least we would have gotten a sound, safe running vehicle that we wouldnt have to drop another $5500 just to make it safe for the road. More

Front License Plate?!? My family and I just moved here from Michigan. I had just went to get my new Illinois license plate, DL, registration, etc., and to my surprise, there My family and I just moved here from Michigan. I had just went to get my new Illinois license plate, DL, registration, etc., and to my surprise, there were 2 plates in the shrink wrap. Was this an mistake?!? Nope it was not. So, I had no place to put the front plate on my 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE (yes, a 2002!). But I did have the plate holder & screws in my trunk. I called M'lady the following day, and Peter & Colin not only sympathized with me, they told me to come in & they'll fix me right up! And thanks to Bryant, the mechanic, who took care of me in 2 minutes flat! Thank you so much guys! More

'12 Altima - AC blowing hot air intermittently Purchased '12 Altima from M'Lady 12/2013. Reported AC blowing hot air intermittently, 86 degrees outside. M'Lady Service Dept. wrote: "Inspect vehi Purchased '12 Altima from M'Lady 12/2013. Reported AC blowing hot air intermittently, 86 degrees outside. M'Lady Service Dept. wrote: "Inspect vehicle - no fault codes stored. Checked freon-ok. Could not duplicate concern at this time. Working by manufacturer specs at this time. Customer declined to verify concern w/Tech." Took car to Woodfield Nissan, (Schaumburg) - problem resolved immediately. "Improper fill - had 1.8 lbs freon, evacuated system and recharged to correct 1.2 lbs." Excellent customer service! Stating "Customer declined to verify concern w/Tech" was a way of covering M'Lady's business on paper. Poor customer service and inexperienced Techs? Clearly, I know when the AC is blowing hot air, and so did Woodfield Nissan. Unfortunately, two M'Lady Certified Technicians were unable to correctly follow Nissan specs to repair AC problem. More
THANK YOU, SAL, FOR FINISHING PROTECTION PKG AS PROMISED!! I hesitate to say this but I had the pleasure of visiting M'Lady Nissan's Service Department on Friday, May 23. I mean, who really likes to visit the I hesitate to say this but I had the pleasure of visiting M'Lady Nissan's Service Department on Friday, May 23. I mean, who really likes to visit the service department with their brand new vehicle! But this visit was to have something "good" done & that was the Protection Plan we purchased for my new Rogue. I arrived for my pre-arranged appointment, was met with a friendly greeting by a young man and was shown to the service office where I met with Sal Visconti. Sal verified the service being done and that I would be waiting. Sal made sure I knew where the waiting room was and that there was coffee available as well. I was told it would be 2 to 2-1/2 hours to complete the job and they were right on the money! I enjoyed meeting Sal. He was very thorough, efficient, personable and friendly and despite appearing to be very busy, he took his time explaining things to me, all with a smile. I have never been in a service department waiting room as comfortable, clean and appealing as the one at M'Lady! Thank you, Sal, and all who completed the work on my new car, for the job well-done! More
I came in for service that I believed was covered under a protective package I purchased. To my disappointment it was not covered, but Sal gave me some other options and made sure I was satisfied with the s protective package I purchased. I talked to Abe because I felt I was mislead with the package I purchased and I was upset. He took the necessary action to keep me from feeling " taking advantage of". To my surprise Severo who sold me my car recognized me and went with me into the service center and assured me I would be taken care of. How great is that, all 3 employees caring about one customer and wanting to keep me a M'Lady customer. Bravo to Sal who was so patient with me and from the beginning to the end very professional and accommodating. GREAT SERVICE! More
