The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the years we’ve owned vehicles. We were given the run around regarding repairs needed. We live an hour and a half away and had to have the car towed to this location due to the proximity of the flat. Called on Monday, made appointment for Thursday. I needed an oil change and potentially a new front wheel bearing. Was promised same day service. Called mid pm to check status, “it’s done”. Five minutes later get a call back, sorry wrong person, your car isn’t done yet. Ok, so it will be done by tomorrow mid morning…not ideal but ok. I call late am the next day, ON HOLD for 45 minutes, then told I’d get a call back within a half hour,,, I’m like no, I’ll wait for you to go talk to tech working on the car. Come to find out THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED ON TNE CAR!. I said forget it, travel plans mandated I needed the car. xxxxty attitude and terrible customer service, More
Buyer Beware - Horrible Service! ! Went to MAG BMW to purchase a vehicle and as I was sitting down at a desk and talking numbers with a salesman, another salesman came up to the desk, ! Went to MAG BMW to purchase a vehicle and as I was sitting down at a desk and talking numbers with a salesman, another salesman came up to the desk, took the keys to the vehicle that I was there to purchase and stated that it had just been sold to another customer. It was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Additionally, there was absolutely zero empathy when I expressed how wrong it was. Completely unimpressive and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money. More
My wife and I came looking for a new i4 eDrive40 one weekend. Many folks were looking at the M50 which had appeared on the website but was apparently already sold. We were ignored and after 15 minutes or so, I finally asked someone about the vehicle and received a gruff response. They ultimately let us see the vehicle, but asked if we wanted to test drive the iX because there were no i4s available. This was fine because I hadn't driven an EV before and wanted to get a feel for it. During the test, Octavio just kept talking to me about how fast the car was and showed me all of the features, I had to continuously ask if this was present on the i4 because the iX was not of interest to me, I didn't want an SUV. At one point in the test drive, he said that I should "blow by this truck, he'll be so mad". He showed us the PHEV that was on the lot. He asked if we wanted to test drive it. I said no because I was not interested in that vehicle either and the conversation abruptly ended. He gave me his card and said I should reach out if I wanted help. Never once did he ask a single question about what I was interested. Why EV? What is important to me? Why am I getting a new vehicle? Why the i4? Nothing. Maybe it was because I was up front and mentioned that I was considering other brands, Tesla, for example. The final straw was when I asked for pricing on a specific build code through text. I introduced myself and wrote a blurb to make sure he knew who I was. I have no idea whether or not he remembered me because the only response was "Sure, send code". Well, I did send the code and never received a response with pricing or even an acknowledgement that he received the code. I purchased a Polestar2 last week. If I ever have interest in a BMW again, I will not return to this dealership. More
I had the worst service ever from a car dealer like MAG, I went in for an oil change and they tried to sell me other services in which I declined. Waited one an a half hour to find out my car was not washed I went in for an oil change and they tried to sell me other services in which I declined. My BMW has been at their service center for 2 weeks for the replacement of cracked windshield which is totally covered by my auto insurance and who e My BMW has been at their service center for 2 weeks for the replacement of cracked windshield which is totally covered by my auto insurance and who emailed authorization 2 weeks ago. Many calls made and messages left and no call backs. Called again today and was told they had not received authorization even though the first email authorization was 2 weeks ago, re-sent email. Will never buy another car from MAG. Will not recommend either. More
I called to ask a service related question, but have been on hold for over 40 minutes. During this entire time, a recording keeps informing me that I am "first in line". My wife and I went shopping at this dealership and we had an awful experience. We were looking to buy 2 vehicles. Perhaps I should have only looked at new cars because as soon as I mentioned what used inv an awful experience. We were looking to buy 2 vehicles. Perhaps I should have only looked at new cars because as soon as I mentioned what used inventory they had, the conversation with the salesman turned very cold and he gave us the impression that we were wasting his time. He made no attempts to locate any additional new or used vehicles and did not ask for contact information. Perhaps it was because I was driving my sons SUV, it was the last vehicle in the driveway and we didn’t feel like moving cars around. Regardless, as a result I won’t be going back ever and I bought a 750 at Ganley BMW in the Cleveland area 5 days later. I bought my other 2 BMW’s there and the experience is worlds apart. More
I just had at MAG BMW Dublin and was completely blown away as I’m a VP of technology for a big firm and big on the customer’s experience as my team has a direct impact to our customers as we manage infra away as I’m a VP of technology for a big firm and big on the customer’s experience as my team has a direct impact to our customers as we manage infrastructure that pushes 1/3 of the worlds currency daily. I would love to talk to someone on making this right and more so for the customers that follow behind me as I would want to be aware of the behavior that can result in a bad customer experience and or sending them off to another dealer feeling the way I did today. I’m honestly disgusted by the experience and no longer want to return so just want to let you know what is going on as I had an interest in ordering a 2023 BMW M440i grand coupe fully loaded that I built online with BMW.com and took my wife to the dealer to show her one in person on what it looked like. One of the sales guys closed the trunk in my wife’s face of the only M440I GC that was sitting right out in front of the doors of the showroom, locked it and walked away saying absolutely nothing… felt like he did it on purpose as he just put on the “mag” plate on the trunk plate location. I was off work today and dressed very casual so hoping it was that and that I was not being racially discriminated against… this felt very ugly and would never recommend anyone to deal with that kind of customer experience. More
