My Review of MINI of Manhattan:
It is not worth your time to go there if you expect anything to get done.<br><br>Via their website I made a service appointment to have several things done. The process of making the appointment was very convenient but, as I was to find out, this was the only positive part of my experience. <br><br>It took me about one hour to drop my car of and inform the service advisor about the things that needed to be done. There was no need to go over that again because when making the appointment I had already described what the reason for my appointment was and what I wanted to have fixed. During the 30 min. conversation I had with Ms. Basem (They first made me wait 30 min.) she acted like she was the customer and that I should facilitate her needs instead of the other way around. Besides not being knowledgeable she was uncooperative and I would not go as far as to say rude but she came close.<br><br>When I got back they again made me wait 30 min. before handing me the papers and the keys to my unwashed car. They informed me that they were not able to fix some of the problems because there seemed to be nothing wrong when they tested it. So the things I noticed continuously during several weeks had magically disappeared while they tested the car and had just as magically reappeared when I drove it home. Reasons for other things that had not been fixed were not mentioned. <br><br>This was the worst car dealer experience I have ever had and will certainly not go there again.<br>
