Not helpful at all Took my mini in the day after it stalled out (trying to switch into low power mode) leaving a parking lot, and a yellow transmission/engine light. They said there were no codes indicating a problem, so there was nothing they can do for me. I would have expected a mini dealership to do more than just rely on electronics to tell them what is wrong. I also was not allowed to speak directly to service personnel to discuss what was going on. I had to go through the receptionist who was doing her best, but did not fully understand either end of the problem. I asked them to re-check and look over the engine multiple times, and each time they told me there were no codes so there is nothing they can do. There was another engine light on when I got in it to leave. After a cursory internet search I found several issues (common in minis) that could have caused the light and stuttering, none of which were mentioned during the diagnostic check. Not at all the level of thoroughness or expertise that I would expect from people who specialize in minis. More

Overall, I was not impressed with this experience. Two things in particular to be noted that felt incredibly cheap that the dealership did. First, they replaced the hubcaps on our vehicle with aftermarket things in particular to be noted that felt incredibly cheap that the dealership did. First, they replaced the hubcaps on our vehicle with aftermarket hubcaps that do not match and actually stick out from the wheels quite a bit. Since we were there at night, we did not notice this until the next day. The car was advertised as having alloy wheels. The replacement of the hubcaps was not noted in the price for the vehicle. Secondly, in order to bring down the total price to match our “out the door” price, they simply removed any additional coverage options that they had previously put on the total price sheet. The actual vehicle price was only adjusted by about $200. So on top of not being happy about that, we now have to pay additionally to put the correct rims and tires on the vehicle instead of aftermarket hubcaps. It also took about 4 hours for the buying process. Overall, I did not feel that they had our best interests in mind and would not recommend for those reasons previously stated. More

The sole reason we came back to purchase our Mini was because of Mercury Amadeus. He made the entire experience from start to finish a breeze and a pleasure!
