Great place!! I found it very easy to use Mini of St. Louis. They were super helpful and friendly. I was able to get the car I wanted and was not pressured for any I found it very easy to use Mini of St. Louis. They were super helpful and friendly. I was able to get the car I wanted and was not pressured for any kind of up sale of any kind. They let me pick out what I wanted and worked with me to get my loan. The only thing that I have encountered is taking longer than normal to get the title and safety test in order to get my car registered. This is probably because of the holiday. More

Went with a problem I called the day before and got appt. next day, I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to dealership for service but I was treated very good and they analized th I called the day before and got appt. next day, I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to dealership for service but I was treated very good and they analized the problem very fast using the mini Cooper electronics and the descriptions I gave them. They got back to me faster than I expected and finished the work and cleaned the car that am between 7:30 and Noon. More
