Sales fine. Not happy with service dept. A week for a Mini dealer to get a Mini tire?! One apology that it took so long. But it shouldn’t! I got a tire elsewhere Not happy with service dept. A week for a Mini dealer to get a Mini tire?! One apology that it took so long. But it shouldn’t! I got a tire elsewhere for the Mini. Small shop had the tire in less than 24 hours. Then surprise me with a credit card fee with no heads up. I would’ve brought cash or a check. The person taking my cc was apologetic but no one else. Then I get in my car only to find the display black. It had to be reset. I commented that I shouldn’t have been given the car that way. No apology only an excuse “we didn’t know.” But of course whomever drove it up knew. I mentioned that. Got a shrug. At least this time roadside assistance was okay. In the fall out of town it was horrendous. More

Roy Hawkins very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He spent tome walking us through out vehicle and demonstrated all functionality of our car. This was honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The staff are always nice and friendly willing to help and always bring my son some yummy snack snacks if he’s with me. I never feel like I ever had. The staff are always nice and friendly willing to help and always bring my son some yummy snack snacks if he’s with me. I never feel like I am trying to get played into having more issues with my car than our actually present. I trust this dealership and will definitely buy from them again if I decide to get another mini. More
