Great service with a friendly atmosphere and not the typical salesmanship we all know from pushy car salespeople. Due to the busy nature of that Saturday when we bought the Mini, we waited quite a long time to get through the final steps of the contract, but since we did not have other plans it was fine. They did offer us to take off for a few hours until it was our turn in the contract department, which was considerate of the wait situation. More

Shrinkflation is real at Stevens Creek Mini. You get less service now, but expect to pay much more. My sunroof got stuck open on a rainy day, and of course, it’s no longer covered by my warranty You get less service now, but expect to pay much more. My sunroof got stuck open on a rainy day, and of course, it’s no longer covered by my warranty. I was stuck and had to pay $250 for them to spend five minutes to give me an estimate to fix. They quoted me $1960 to fix and it since it required 6 hours labor, (discounted from 6.5 hours just to be nice.) They also included a free sales pitch for a brand new unneeded battery for $450 extra. I asked if it would be less if the sunroof could be fixed in less than six hours. They said that was impossible. I asked if they could just get it closed instead, before it rained again, which they also said was impossible. I opted for neither, but they still insisted I pay the $250, and I still had a broken sunroof. Back at home, my husband who knows nothing about cars watched a few You Tube videos, and spent about an hour and a half fiddling around and got it sealed and closed. More

I had one of my best maintenance experience done at this dealership with Hector! He was informative, responsive and really take matters into his hands. He was super patient with me (someone that does not un dealership with Hector! He was informative, responsive and really take matters into his hands. Worst lifetime experience purchasing a car On 2/7/2023 I have bought my first Mini at Stevens Creek Mini dealership. I got a car around 8pm and drove home. While on my way, I found out that the windshie I have bought my first Mini at Stevens Creek Mini dealership. I got a car around 8pm and drove home. While on my way, I found out that the windshield is not clean and covered by some grease inside, looking like it was sprayed. Next morning 2/8/2023 I went out to clean the windows and it called my attention that the VIN number on the car is different from the VIN number on the registration documents and on the license plates. Later on I found out that the VIN number on the seller agreement is also different. Having paid the full amount for car in cash, I have a car which has no registration, no license plates and of course uninsured. Practically, for police this car is stolen. This is completely illegal to use this car. I called the dealership right away around 10am. I called 3 times, only getting the answering machine all the time and left a voice mail. Nobody called me back. At 3pm I called again several times and finally I got a live person (no name, no position disclosed). This person double checked VIN number on my car, VIN number in my documents and told me that everything is OK (!) and I got the right car, but they will reissue my documents: “Someone will contact you.” Nobody called me back on 2/8/2023. 2/9/2023. Someone called me (again, giving no name, no position) and again verified VIN number and promised me somebody will call me back in 30 minutes. I have been waiting for the call for the entire day, nobody called me back. 2/10/2023. Having called the dealership several times, I got an answering machine, nobody called me back. 2/11/2023. Someone called me (no name, no position) and asked what would be a good time to bring me the documents. I told them anytime during the day except 6-8pm when I was busy. Of course, I could not have imagined this will be 9:30pm on Saturday. But anyway, the documents are more important to me than my rest. Some person from sales brought me the documents which were not signed by the dealership and he told me that he is not in position to sign these documents. I refused to sign the documents without the dealership signature. 2/12/2023. Around noon someone called me and told me he was going to bring me the signed documents. He arrived around 3pm. This is hard to believe but the documents, registration and new license plates had the wrong VIN number. Next person, representative of the financial department, brought the new documents package around 7pm on Sunday, and finally, 5 days later after I bought a car, I got a legal right to start driving it. Everybody can make a mistake, several mistakes, can disrespect other people’s time, can bypass formal procedure during phone conversations (clearly give their first and last name and position), but it is absolutely unacceptable for me that no one from the dealership called me and provided official apologies for their mistakes and did not offer me a compensation for 5-day period when I could not use the car, ruined plans and destroying my life.
