I had a recall on the power steering pump on my 05 Mini. I've been putting it off for many years since it was replaced 10 years ago. It was still working but I knew it was a matter of time that it would fai I've been putting it off for many years since it was replaced 10 years ago. Devin, the service advisor, assured me that they would replace the pump under warranty. Mini of Stevens Creek took care of the issue and even gave me a free loaner .
