Excellent. Had flat tire repaired and remounted on truck. Big problem when I had flat in Memphis at midnight. The lug wrench that comes with truck DID NOT fit lug nuts on tires. Your service representative said Ford puts aluminum caps on lug nuts. Matches the crime in truck. xxxx of alot of good that does a Ford owner at midnight! Your representative offered to sell me a new set of lug nuts. That is a big NO GO! Fortunately, I had a three way lug wrench of my own. Wonder how many Ford owners get caught in the middle of no where with a flat and no lug wrench that fits? More
