Worst customer service experience ever. We dropped my car off on June 11th for service under an extended warranty policy that we purchased for thousands of dollars. Only to be told today wh We dropped my car off on June 11th for service under an extended warranty policy that we purchased for thousands of dollars. Only to be told today which is Thursday June 13th that they haven't even looked at the car yet. The service department cannot even give me a date or a time when they're going to look at my car. The only thing they could tell me was that I could come get my car and they would leave my car in the queue. It's a holiday weekend and we had plans. I explained that to the service advisor. I guess the only thing I can say is if Mac Haik offers you an extended warranty which you're going to pay thousands of dollars for don't buy it. I think I'd also change dealerships. More
