Broken down 500 miles from home I was on my way from Atlanta GA to Cornell University in Ithaca NY to take my two boys to a summer wrestling camp. We absolutely had to be there by noon on Sunday 7/6/14 to check in. Half way there the Explorer starting losing coolant at a pretty fast rate. This was the day after Independence day and most everyone was closed. Thank God the guys at Magic City Ford were there for the save. Service Advisor Mike Finch was able to get me in ASAP and Mechanic Teddy Spickard was able to repair the leak and get us to camp on time. The 18 year old Explorer made it the 1500 miles there and home again without a hitch. Thanks guys. More

Back on the Road! In May we were traveling back to California from points east in our C-Class RV (it has a Ford E-450 front end). The drivers side window regulator fai In May we were traveling back to California from points east in our C-Class RV (it has a Ford E-450 front end). The drivers side window regulator failed and the drivers side window was residing within the door. My wife, 2 children and I pulled into Magic City at around 10 am on Tuesday May 27. The service area already looked quite busy. My service adviser Pat Wray was also handling several phone calls and a computer that was not working properly. She was still so very pleasant and professional. She realized that we needed to get back on the road as soon as possible. She said that it would take several hours and recommended several places for our family to go while we waited. The courtesy shuttle driver (Patsy?) was also a pure joy. She took us to the local mall and even made several restaurant recommendations. By 2:00 pm the job was done. A quick trip back to the dealership and we were back on the road by 2:45 pm. Not only was the window working perfectly, but the coach had been pressure washed (we had been traveling already for 2 weeks so you can imagine the bug mess that was the front end of our RV). Awesome job ya'll!!! More

Never again will I have someone at the dealership even touch or look at my car. THREE transmission in about 100K. All for the same thing. Wanted me to buy a car as the solution. Also said it was normal for transmissions to last 2 years... GM was rude and unhelpful. Service Manager was rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a place that cares about you and your car. These people clearly do not and just want to steal you money and do defective repairs and then lie about it. More
