After periodically checking inventories and calling dealers from Los Angeles to San Diego with no luck, I decided to expand my search. Another month passed until I received a call from Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto informing me they had a 2024 Camry exactly as I wanted. In the meantime, I had read various Toyota dealer reviews and remembered positive remarks about the dealership. Even though in the past I've had some negative experiences with dealerships, I decided anyway to drive to Palo Alto and talk with them. It was like a breath of fresh air. There was none of the typical control issues openly displayed at most dealerships. The atmosphere was completely the opposite. Instead, everyone there was gracious and inviting, including the general manager, who introduced herself and welcomed us to Palo Alto. The competent staff is sincerely friendly and go out of their way to please. My sales consultant, Socrates, was absolutely stellar....very professional, courteous, and could not have been any nicer to work with. It was a surprisingly positive experience because the dealership exemplified the epitome of great customer service. It is always a pleasure to embrace such a refreshing change. More

I thought I needed a repair; I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t, so took it in for repairs. After multiple attempts, they couldn’t replicate the issue and said the car was actually fine - so charged me n couldn’t, so took it in for repairs. Brought my Toyota RAV4 for scheduled reserved appointment for oil change at 7:30am today. I was told it will take the whole day. They will just call me. It takes the whole day for an oil change? Then i foll for oil change at 7:30am today. I was told it will take the whole day. They will just call me. It takes the whole day for an oil change? Then i followed up and I was told it will be ready by 4pm or 5pm today. I said I will just pick up my car and have oil change somewhere else. Then Duong called me back and said I can pick it up at 12pm. I got my car at 12:30pm. I hope next time I will not have same experience and for other customers who need oil change or maintenance. More

I have loved my car, and the service has been excellent except for a period during the past fe and have been taking it there for service ever since. damages. I didn't drive the auto until I recovered from surgery in June. When I went to wash the vehicle I saw the front fender damage.
