The absolute worst service I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! My 2020 keep started having engine trouble on a Sunday so I called Monday morning to get my vehicle in, they said we don’t have an appointment until My 2020 keep started having engine trouble on a Sunday so I called Monday morning to get my vehicle in, they said we don’t have an appointment until Friday but bring it in and we can try to get to it sooner, great so I did. On Tuesday they called and said well you require a complete engine tear down and we can’t get to it for 4-5 weeks so you should probably take it to another dealership. When I picked my vehicle up to take it elsewhere after being turned away, the service person pulled it around for me and his exact words were well good luck it’s running pretty tough and hesitated when I said should I even be driving it. Then told me well if you break down you could call roadside service and get it towed. That’s disgusting for a shop to turn away service for one and then have a customer drive a vehicle away that’s unsafe! More

When I left the dealership my license plate was falling off who ever put the plate on stripped the screws and I have 2 blown shocks and my vehicle that I had to wait 15 days for them to even look at and no off who ever put the plate on stripped the screws and I have 2 blown shocks and my vehicle that I had to wait 15 days for them to even look at and now I have to wait till god knows when to have them replaced. Phenomenal dealership! I have taken my Ram trucks here for routine service since I began driving them a decade or so ago. My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 Wagoneer. I have taken my Ram trucks here for routine service since I began driving them a decade or so ago. My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 Wagoneer. Walid was fantastic as always- I leased and purchased from him in the past at a previous dealership and am very glad he made his way to Maguire. Greg was also awesome. We originally were going to order a Series II Wagoneer but he was able to work things up in a way that my wife ended up in a Series III that had every bell and whistle you could ask for. I HIGHLY recommend heading to Maguire- ask for Walid and make sure you speak with Greg as well! More
