It takes 1. 5-2 hours for them to change engine oil and filter and check a few things, while other places do it for 30 minutes. My car was just staying in the parking lot for 30 minutes after my appointment time before they took it inside and started working on it. Why schedule an appointment if you cannot work on my car at the scheduled time? Always hate these maintenance appointments because they take forever to work on basic things. More
